   Explore the Bedugul area to visit the Ulun Danu Temple - a beautiful temple on the banks of Beratan Lake. The weather here is very pleasant. One of the most iconic Bali photos is thanks to the now-famous Handara Bali gates. The famous Bali gates are located directly on the side of the road, you can’t really miss them. If you do need help, there’s a huge sign showing where to turn in from the road. Thereafter proceed to most photographed monument of Bali – the famous Tanah Lot Temple - built on the top of a rock in the ocean. Tanah Lot temple was built in 11th century, supposed to be the Golden age of Hinduism in Indonesia. Experience one of the most awesome sunsets in the entire Indian Ocean at this site.

   Today's plan: Kintamani - Ubud: Tegenungan Falls, Tegalalang Rice Terraces (photo stop), Mount Batur View Point, Ubud Palace, Ubud Art Market, on a private basis. Tegenungan Waterfall, near Ubud, is a wide waterfall that tumbles into a lush jungle gorge. The Tegalalang Rice Terraces, north of Ubud, are carved into the hillside and watered by subak, Bali's centuries-old irrigation system. From the Kintamani ridge you look out over Mount Batur, an active volcano, and the crater lake of Lake Batur beside it.
